Sometimes, when we go travelling, especially for business, we would like to have a hotel pick-up service.

In general, we will write a mail after booked a reservation.

Arrival Date:

Flight number:  (這邊通常寫航班不要寫抵達時間，因為班機可能會delay，但寫航班，飯店可以去查詢抵達確切時間)

People: (Normally, they would offer 2-3 people in a car)

Luggage: 1 carry-on luggage/ 1 luggage (手提/行李箱)

And you need to know the:

License plate number (車牌號碼)
