I didn't go to the gym for a while, so I decided to wake up early to go today. Ummm not really early, arrived the gym about 8:30.
Rode on the way, I was hesitant whether to go home becasue it was gusty and rainy now, especially the typhoone just made landfall.
However, I knew it was only an excuse for me to get lazy, I still pushed myself to go and I can get a good breakfast for a reward later.
When I was there, there was only one treadmill was available. Not only young people get fit, also many seniors keep themselves healthy.
So I ran the treadmill for a warm up , do a couple sets of fitting my muscles, like rotary torso machine, hyperextension ,butterfly machine and so on.
After that, i finished with 10 mins of stretching. It was pretty good to exercise in the morning, making our brain more refreshing and productive. I did some house chore when i got home.
My weekend is pretty cozy so far, how's your during the typhoon day?
