Today, Chef Stella was cooking again~

Normally, I cook whatever in the refrigerator if i have idea to cook it. But today, I got some new idea, so I went to the traditional market by myself.

If you go, you would know the price is higher due to the typhoon just passed by. The price will be balanced after a couple weeks. In other words, when we prepare for the food in the Mid-Autumn Festival , nothing gonna get cheap. Either vegetables or seafood.

And today, I didn't buy much food, jsut two chicken breasts (NTD 180), a piece of salmon(NTD 175) , three potatoes(NTD 38). When I back home , I started the pre-processing.

First, I put some lemon (the previous I showed the lemon ice cube I did) rice wine and garlic to marinate the salmon. Second, I put some rice wine , onion and pepper to massage the chicken breasts.

After two hours marination , we can start to cook it

After... sorry for the poor appearance, I put too less oil to fry the salmon.

Next time, when you cook, don't forget to add more oil.

I was too busy to take a photo before I cook the chicken breasts. Oh, I put butter pre-hitting the pan. The smell of butter was wafting in the air, leaving my mouth watering.

And put the potatoes into the boiled water about 3 mins and steam it about 4 minutes to make it soften.

After that,put some king oyster mushroom(杏包菇) and fry them together.

I also made a scrambled egg

Overall , about the meal, the scrambled egg was a bit salty and the chicken breasts were a bit overcooked. Others were appropriate taste.

It seems like not take too much time, but went to the market to buy the materials for about 40 mins, marinated about 2 hours and cooked about 40 mins. 

No matter how it tasted, I enjoyed the process of cooking.
